In a previous life I recommended recordings to you by this amazing German big band, I know a created a lot of interest and many started to collect everything by this group and were never disappointed with the recordings featuring Bob Florence, Rob McConnell, Bob Curnow, Sammy Nestico to name but a few.

Add this collaboration with fiery Don Menza, who with his arrangements and his tenor sax, can excite and inspire and still produce lyrical performances that are extraordinarily beautiful.

During the course of the CD you will meet leader Karl Farrent on trumpet, be re-introduced to Don Rader and on the way marvel at the standard of soloist in the band.

I cannot recommend this CD more highly , I would suggest that you Google the band's name and buy just about anything available. This , without doubt one of the world's great big bands.
